Main Raw Materials

Natural Thuya wood from the Atlas Mountains of Morocco stands as one of the world’s most precious and aromatic woods. This rare burl wood is harvested sustainably from the roots of the Thuya tree, creating unique grain patterns that cannot be replicated. Prized for its distinctive caramel and amber tones, Thuya wood releases a sweet, cedar-like fragrance that persists for decades, naturally repelling moths and insects.

To enhance the beauty and uniqueness of our Iberian Boxes, other premium materials may be incorporated, such as Oranger wood (prized for its deep reddish hue and remarkable strength yellow color), Walnut wood (valued for its rich, dark brown tones and elegant grain patterns), Mother-of-pearl (a shimmering natural material that adds an elegant, iridescent touch), and Metal Wire (expertly inlaid to create intricate geometric patterns, adding a refined and artistic flair).

Artistic Related Styles

Our Iberian boxes are inspired by the rich craftsmanship of Andalusian heritage, featuring intricate geometric patterns and arabesques once found in the moorish palaces of Bahia, Granada and Seville. These designs showcase the traditional intarsia technique—an inlay of wood, metal, and mother-of-pearl—creating stunning contrasts and textures.

Crafted by skilled artisans, these boxes blend Andalusian tradition with expert Moroccan craftsmanship, ensuring every piece reflects both cultural richness and precision. Famous patterns like the escarabajo with its organic curves and the angular vacui motifs fill each box with timeless beauty.

These boxes are not just for storage, but works of art—heirlooms that carry the legacy of Andalusian and Moroccan artistry into the present, combining tradition with modern elegance.
